Elaine Phillips is WolfBrown’s Administrative Assistant in our Washington, DC office. Her strong administrative skills were honed during her 16+ years in the high-tech computer corridor of Northern Virginia with Tandem Computers, Compaq and Hewlett-Packard. She has been a volunteer with the Fairfax County Park Authority on a historic working milk farm. 

On mild evenings after work, you can find Elaine perfecting her kayaking skills on the Potomac River by The Kennedy Center.
